Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-07
This policy describes what TronixAssets collects when you open an account or use the service, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We collect the minimum required to operate the trading system and meet our reporting obligations.
1 What we collect
Account data: email address, account credentials, and the Tron wallet address associated with your deposits and withdrawals.
Transaction data: deposit and withdrawal amounts, timestamps, transaction hashes, and the allocation of your capital across the four strategies over time.
Usage data: how you access the site and the account dashboard, including approximate location and device type. We do not use this to build an advertising profile.
Site analytics: we measure how the site is used (pages visited, the site that referred you, and steps such as signing up or making a first deposit) with analytics we run on our own servers. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. Amounts are recorded only as broad ranges, never exact, and nothing that names you (email, name, wallet address) is sent to it. Signed-in visits are linked by a scrambled code that cannot be traced back to you without our key. You can opt out by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser.
2 Why we collect it
To operate the trading system, execute your deposits, track your allocation, and process your withdrawals. To detect fraud and unauthorized access. To meet record-keeping and reporting obligations that may apply where we operate.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
3 How long we keep it
Account and transaction data is retained for the period required to meet our legal and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate, and in any case for a minimum of five years after your last withdrawal.
Usage data is retained for a shorter period and aggregated where possible.
4 Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
5 Security
Credentials are stored hashed. Withdrawal keys are segregated from execution keys. Access to depositor data is restricted to team members with a need to access it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify affected depositors without undue delay.
6 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified to depositors by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
